Rice and Lemon

First through the scent
Then through the looks
We'll have a little bite
A wonderful blend of perfection

Sniffed you out when you first came
I can imagine that busy cold sweat
Mixture of spices and meats
Or the blend of creamy soup

They say you look like a thumb
But you're like lemon to me
By itself I would have dislike the sourness
Still you were essential and needed

A few short conversation
Led to longer conversations
Since then I couldn't stay away
You have taken me, heart and hair

I wish I wasn't into you
But I couldn't forget you
Beras was the uncooked perfection
You, rice, is the cooked perfection.
